Ice: 10:15 - 11:30 AM (75 minute sessions)

Dryland: 11:45 - 12:30 PM (45 minute sessions)

Friday Games

11:15-12:15 AM (60 minute sessions)

NEXT hockey season. 

Skill Development is our main focus. We zero in on correct techniques & then moving into over speed exercises to increase foot speed. Power skating, passing/receiving, stickhandling & goal scoring will all be covered at our Summer Camps. We train using small area situational games to promote creativity, competition & FUN!
