Power Skating/Goal Scoring
This clinic is for players who want to focus on two of the most important skills in our sport.  The clinic will be separated into groups (based on ability) and will get as many repetitions as possible on these specific skills.   

Powerskating will focus on edgework, body control, agility, and techniques to maximize efficiency, power and quickness. We will do under speed training to zero in on correct technique and gradually work into over speed drills to increase foot speed. 

Goal Scoring will focus on correct techniques of shooting each kind of shot.  We will emphasize the where’s, when’s, and whys in attacking the net.  We will give many reps of each situation to mentally lock in what to do when a player identifies a specific situation.
