Mites, U8s and Supermites will be organized into groups depending on skill, size and ability. This is a perfect session for 1st and 2nd year mite players who are looking for beginning skills development. We will focus on basic skating skills, as well as all fundamental hockey skills, shooting and stickhandling. 3rd and 4th year mites, and advanced U8 players will continue to focus on their overall skills development. Power skating skills (edge work, stride work, starts/stops, transitions, crossovers, power turns, backward skating) plus more puck skills. In dryland we will focus on knee bends/plyo jumping and shooting/stickhandling.

Squirts and U10 will work on total skill development starting with power skating as the main focus. When skating skills are mastered, other skills are easier to learn. We will focus on the combination of speed/ quickness/agility. Shooting, stickhandling and game situations will be taught to maximize a player’s game.

Elite High School Girls hockey training is for girls who want to push their game to the maximum. The program will consist of intense on and off-ice training.  We’ll focus on fundamental hockey skills (power skating, stickhandling, shooting and passing) as well as more complex maneuvers and concepts that will make them more efficient and effective hockey players. Off-ice training will consist of lower body, hockey specific exercises such as, slideboarding, plyometrics and sprint interval training. We’ll also focus on shooting, stickhandling and other eye-hand coordination exercises. Led by Marci Bydlon.

This is an introduction to Elite hockey training for girls who truly love the game of hockey. This program will consist of on and off ice training and scrimmages. Two days a week for seven weeks, there will be one hour of on-ice followed by 45 minutes of dryland training. They will work on the basic fundamentals of hockey as well as off ice shooting, stickhandling, plyometrics, and skating. Led by Marci Bydlon.

This program will run four days a week for seven weeks and is based on the CODP program which Marci Bydlon led for 11 summers. This is Marci’s 2nd year with EuroAmerican Hockey and we are excited for her to share her expertise and intense teaching techniques for elite athletes. There will be one hour of intense on-ice training and 45 minutes of hockey specific dryland training. This program is for the athlete who wants to take their game to the highest level. Marci will use her experience training Elite Athletes and Olympians to maximize each player's potential.
